Played and recorded in bands that accompanied the following: Celia Cruz, Johnny Pacheco, Pete "El Conde" Rodriguez, Charlie Palmieri, Carlos "Patato" Valdez, Roberto Torres, Vicentico Valdes, Hector Lavoe, Charityn, Jose Fajardo, La Lupe, and Andy Harlow.
Jorge has worked for "Warner Bros" publications on a number of projects, most notably the published transcription of the legendary Cuban Bassist Israel "Cachao" Lopez's Grammy award winning recording "Cachao's Masterpiece Volume I"
Jorge is also the author of two Warner Bros published instruction books. "Afro-Cuban Bass Grooves" and Afro-Cuban Keyboard Grooves", which have sold thousands of copies worldwide.
